About the Role
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our leadership team. As CTO, you’ll shape our technology strategy, guide product development, and roll up your sleeves to build alongside a growing team. This isn’t just about keeping the lights on, it’s about creating next-generation AI solutions that deliver real impact in the federal healthcare space.
What You’ll Do
- Set and execute NGZ AI’s technology vision and roadmap.
- Lead end-to-end software development (yes, full stack — from architecture to UI/UX).
- Drive product innovation in healthcare-focused AI solutions.
- Build and scale high-performing technical teams.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to align tech strategy with business goals.
- Ensure our solutions are secure, scalable, and mission-ready.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Strong background in software and product development (full-stack, UI/UX included).
Experience in systems architecture, IT strategy, and project management.
Proven leadership and team-building skills in fast-moving environments.
Excellent communicator (written + verbal).
Experience with federal contracting or healthcare AI solutions (big plus).
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
Must be a U.S. Veteran
